Dr. Adam Rutenberg is an emergency physician at the George Washington University Hospital and the Quality Improvement Director for their Maritime Medical Access Program. He will be presenting about medical emergency preparedness, how to conduct a telemedicine consult with GWU, and special considerations for dealing with the risks presented by COVID-19 during offshore passages.
